A search fee is charged on every vehicle

Information is received from hpi equifax to ensure that at the time of our enquiry: the vehicle has not been stolen and the vehicle is free from any financial agreement. 

Regardless of age or selling price if the vehicle is on the vcar register (unless previously declared) the purchaser will be in formed & can reject the vehicle. If for any other reason we cannot give the purchaser title to the vehicle                                              

 

ONCE THE CHECK HAS BEEN MADE THE FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE

The Vehicle Must Be Paid For By 12 Noon The Following Working Day Late Payment Will Incur A £25 Fee

FAILURE TO PAY IN FULL THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED 

All vehicles displaying a red or orange notice on the windscreen are sold as seen.

No warranty given or implied in any way, even if the said vehicle carries a twelve months mot. It is up to the purchaser to assure that the vehicle is in a roadworthy condition before it is used on the public highway.

All vehicles sold on this description label are non returnable.

 

Vehicles displaying a blue notice on the windscreen are sold with one hours trial when full payment is made. Vehicles sold with a trial warrant the engine, gearbox, back axle, brakes and steering, no warranty with bodywork, tyres, interior or electrical components. Should a fault be found & our engineer verifies the said fault then we would reimburse you with your monies or if applicable try to negotiate monies off the purchase price via permission of the vendor to correct the fault.

 

You will be issued with a receipt and pass out which should be presented to security in key collection office situated in the car bay.
